ONE-ON-ONE LIFE COACHING.

The Pastors + Leaders Training Institute provides each member with the opportunity to schedule one on one meetings with Dr. Harris during each quarter. During these sessions the member is able to receive direct guidance and direction for their ministry, career and/or life.

EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT.

The Pastors + Leaders Training Institute is a combination of distance learning and concentrated classroom training designed for Pastors and Leaders who are busy serving in their home churches, yet desire connection and impartation, as well as, access for educational advancement. The convenience of the ICBC online Pastoral + Leaders Training Institute has been designed for the busy leader. Through the International Christian Bible College, Pastors and Leaders are able to obtain ministry certificates and ministerial degrees in varied Associate and Bachelors programs.
